Rejuvenation/Illumination ($172 per month)
1 Rejuvenation Facial or Illumination Facial ($195 value)

Transformation ($224 per month)
1 Transformation Facial ($255 value)

The fine print: The monthly recurring membership fee will be charged on the credit card you provide to Olive Branch Spa on the first of every month. If you are not able to make it in during the month for your facial, the facial will remain on your account while your membership is active.  Should you choose to cancel your membership, all accrued facials and benefits will be fortified.

Facials and discounts may not be transferred to anyone. The membership and membership benefits are for you only and may not be transferred to anyone else. There is a 3 month minimum participation in the Membership Program. Early termination will result in a $50 early termination fee. Fourteen (14) day written notice emailed to ashley@olivebranchspa.com is required to cancel your membership.
